Vine

An earthy maroon color, the Vine is a deep, rich color that reminds us of Grenache grapes that are ready to be picked, the sunlight shining and revealing the deep red core. Salmon hands and a light blue seconds hand bring warmth and contrast to the dial while tying it to its counterpart, the Vellum. It sits on a black leather strap that steps back and lets the color lead. This is the bolder side of the pair, confident and rooted.

The Case

The Crossroads S is dramatically thinner than its predecessor, with both case sizes coming in at only 9mm thick at the tallest point. The curved horizon line that has defined the collection from the start is still there, but now sits closer to the wrist. What it gains in slimness, it keeps in presence with a thinner bezel that allows the dial to shine even more than before. The case carries the same hardening coating as the bracelet, giving it real scratch resistance without changing the feel of the steel. Built to be worn, not protected.

The Dial

The dial has always been the star of the show, and this is no different. The central area is raised, and then slopes down to the edges. A beautiful sunburst pattern highlights this elevation change, cascading the dial in radiating light. The numerals are polished, filled with lume and inset into the slope, adding depth to a dial already rich with light play. The hands are polished and filled to match, creating a consistency that feels considered and complete. This is a dial that has to be seen in person to be fully appreciated.

The Crystal

The same dramatic arc from the original Crossroads remains, but a subtle bevel at the edge catches color from the dial and creates a soft frame of light around the perimeter. The underside is hollowed out, bringing the glass closer to the dial for better legibility while keeping the watch thin. A double-domed crystal on a square case is rare because the geometry is harder to execute. But it’s a defining element that helps to give the Crossroads its unmistakable character.

Swiss at the Core

With a movement built in La Chaux-de-Fonds and assembly in Porrentruy, the Crossroads S is the first Trafford watch to carry a Swiss-Made designation, the gold standard of the watchmaking world. Powered by a hand-wound Sellita SW-210, it’s the beating heart of the Crossroads that also helps to keep the case thin and light. With a 42 hour power reserve, it requires winding every other day — a ritual that is part of the experience, a quiet moment before the day begins. Swiss-Made matters, and we're proud to reach that milestone.

A size for every wrist

The original Crossroads came in one size. The Crossroads S comes in two: the Crossroads 40 and the Crossroads 36. The actual case dimensions are 35x36mm and 31x32mm with both having a thickness of 9mm, but square watches wear differently than round ones. We named them for how they feel on the wrist, not how they measure. The Crossroads 40 wears like a 40mm round watch. The Crossroads 36 wears like a 36mm. Both sizes come in every colorway, so fit never forces a compromise on the dial you want.

The Bracelet

The Crossroads S introduces a new H-link bracelet that dresses up the watch effortlessly. The design creates small rectangles between each link, mirroring the square case itself, a subtle reference repeated down the length of the wrist. It carries the same hardening coating as the case for everyday scratch resistance. The butterfly clasp sits flat and opens cleanly, with an on-the-fly micro-adjust feature that lets you fine-tune the fit without tools. Complete with quick-release end-links, this is a bracelet that is just as functional as it is beautiful.

Warranty
Every Trafford watch includes a 2-year limited warranty. This will cover any manufacturing defects like issues with the movement, or the hands fall off, etc. It doesn’t cover cosmetic wear or internal damage caused by droppage or other accidents. We’re pretty relaxed about this stuff though, so don’t hesitate to reach out.
